  • Drive Performance Improvement: Offer decision support and lead key forecasting and planning processes to enhance financial and operational outcomes.
  • Optimize End-to-End Performance: Collaborate with operational and finance stakeholders to improve overall performance and decision-making.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Identify, implement, and lead process enhancements within the finance team and across the business, ensuring data integrity.
  • Foster Team Collaboration: Actively engage in team development, sharing improvements, and maintaining robust financial processes and controls.
