We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support supply chain planning, performance analysis, inventory management, and operational decision-making. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote work environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and maintain supply chain and operational data
  • Monitor inventory levels, demand, supply, orders, and delivery performance
  • Prepare supply chain reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses
  • Analyze trends, variances, and performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities
  • Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply planning activities
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, operations, sales, and finance teams
  • Track supplier and logistics performance and identify potential issues
  • Assist with inventory optimization and working capital improvement initiatives
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Support ad-hoc supply chain analysis and reporting requests
  • Maintain accurate supply chain data and documentation
  • Assist with process automation and reporting efficiency initiatives

Requirements

  • Entry-Level / Junior candidates are welcome to apply
  • 0–3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, data analysis, or a related field; internships included
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is a plus
  • Basic understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to translate data into clear and actionable business recommendations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working independently with distributed and cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time
  • Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment
