Business Analyst, Strasbourg (on-site) – European organisation Job role: Business Analyst. Minimum experience: 7 to 10 years. Studies required: Engineer. Language: English (C1) (Mandatory). Location: Strasbourg (on-site). DESCRIPTION: The Business Analyst will lead the analysis and specification of functional and non‑functional requirements to ensure a shared understanding among Agile teams and stakeholders. The role involves producing, refining, and maintaining requirements, supporting integration activities, collaborating with architects, and contributing to solution modeling and user adoption. The position is based in Strasbourg. Tasks: · Lead functional and non‑functional requirements analysis and specification. · Produce, refine, and manage requirements with full traceability. · Support integration specifications and collaborate closely with architects. · Model solutions using agreed‑upon modeling tools and standards. · Facilitate communication with stakeholders to ensure shared understanding. · Assist in training, onboarding, and adoption of new solutions. Technical skills: · Strong competency in UML and system modeling. · Solid understanding of relational databases. · Experience working in Agile environments. · Minimum 6 years of IT experience, including: · at least 3 years as a Business Analyst. · at least 2 years using UML/modeling tools. · Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills. Language: · English (C1). Location: · Strasbourg (on-site). Rate: · 315-335€/day.
