• Understanding customer problems, business needs and operational requirements.
• Mapping end-to-end customer journeys and processes.
• Running discovery sessions and workshops with colleagues across the business.
• Identifying friction, duplication and opportunities to simplify the rental experience.
• Helping design improved future-state processes.
• Gathering and documenting requirements.
• Creating user stories and acceptance criteria where required.
• Working with Product Owners and technology teams to develop and validate solutions.
• Using customer insight, colleague feedback and data to support recommendations.
• Understanding the impact of proposed changes on customers and frontline colleagues.
• Supporting solutions through testing and implementation.
• Exploring where AI, connected data and technology can make rental simpler and more valuable.
