Description

Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to define solution requirements.
Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and business process re-engineering.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), user stories, and process flows.
Support UAT planning, test case review, and defect resolution.
Ensure alignment of digital banking solutions with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather and validate requirements.

Responsibilities
