About the Role
Precor is looking for an experienced Logistics Business Analyst with a strong background in data analytics, automation, and overall supply chain processes. The ideal candidate for this role will champion our strategy to enhance our warehousing, transportation and trade compliance processes, utilize systems thinking to identify areas of improvement and champion new processes that increase quality, productivity, and efficiency to drive operational excellence. You are both process oriented and analytical, and willing to actively embrace change.
This role works cross-functionally across all areas of logistics and the supply chain to impact all aspects of our operations implementing new world class processes, technology tools and metrics leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to think customer first and solve business problems across the end-to-end supply chain, leveraging structured and unstructured data from a variety of sources along with data science and automation technologies.
  • Develop, implement, and support data-oriented solutions to solve business needs across our global logistics (warehousing, transportation & trade compliance) supply chain organization.
  • Apply statistical analysis to provide actionable insights and improve decision-making to drive for results through decisive action.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for global logistics process improvements with practical and impactful business cases.
  • Lead impactful Lean, Six Sigma programs and Tiger team initiatives focused on important supply chain initiative coordinating cross functionally across all areas of the business.
  • Articulate project goals and scope, translate business needs into technical terms, establish KPI’s, and manage the lifecycle of projects to ensure continuous improvement and success to win together.
  • Apply world class Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to real world opportunities.
  • Create and implement data visualization tools leveraging SQL, Power BI and Excel
