Our team aims to enhance logistics and fulfilment, ensuring a smooth and cost-effective supply chain that complies with regulations in today’s omnichannel environment. We collaborate to streamline processes, delivering digital and non-digital products benefiting IKEA franchisees, supporting expansion in the area of supply for an affordable and sustainable customer experience.
Job description
As Business Analyst within Capability Area Logistics and Fulfillment, you will be part of a digital product team where Agile principles lay as a foundation for how we do our development. As Business Analyst you must understand our business processes and capabilities and bring our value creation to the digital product team through requirement management. We develop our business through processes, data, people and technology. All these aspects need to be considered in an End-to-End context where you protect the integrity of the digital product from a functional aspect.
You will work with digital products within Delivery and Settlement but belonging to a Competence Development Hub. Delivery and Settlement support and develop capabilities mainly for transport operations through land and ocean carriers.

Qualification
Are you our next Business Analyst? We are looking for a candidate to strengthen the business competence in Capability Area Logistics and Fulfillment. You have good business knowledge related to logistics or transport and its surrounding business context is highly beneficial. We are looking for a person with excellent analytical skills, very good listening and communication skills, you can describe complex information in a structured way. You see the big picture and can work with it and in small details.
