We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain team at Kraft Heinz in Melbourne’s CBD! Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to: Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for analytics, reporting, and KPI/metric definitions. Support backlog refinement and prioritisation with senior analysts, business leads, and Product Owners. Collect, clean, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources (including ERP and planning systems) to identify trends, risks and opportunities. Support recurring reporting and ad hoc analysis requests; troubleshoot day-to-day analytics and reporting issues. Partner with data engineers to understand data pipelines, sources, transformations, and data flows Collaborate with analytics/reporting developers to support dashboard and report development and enhancements (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Ensure consistency and alignment of metrics across reports and dashboards through standard definitions and governance practices. Develop and execute test plans; perform dashboard/report testing and validation against source data and business requirements (SIT/UAT) Maintain clear documentation (data definitions, business rules, calculation logic, reports/dashboards, data flows) and support user guides, training materials, and end-user training. About you: Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline (desired) Experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytics / reporting focused position.
