WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Requirements & Process Mapping: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Map “as-is” and “to-be” processes to highlight gaps and opportunities.
• Task & Delivery Coordination: Translate requirements into user stories and tasks in JIRA. Coordinate project activities, manage dependencies, and keep documentation up to date.
• Integration Build & Technical Alignment: Work closely with developers on integration build and system connectivity across supply chain and product systems. Support design discussions, clarify dependencies, and ensure integration tasks align with business objectives.
• Collaboration & Communication: Act as the point of contact between business and IT teams, ensuring smooth communication. Facilitate refinement sessions, feedback loops, and stakeholder updates to keep everyone aligned.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Partner with QA and business users to validate solutions and integrations. Document findings, prioritize fixes, and ensure solutions deliver value.
