MISSION

As a Business Analyst and Support Analyst, you will play a key role in participating in the project’s implementation and supporting entities. Reporting to the Product Owner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Participate in implementation workshops and gain in-depth solution knowledge.
  • Assist in design workshops, configuration, and testing strategy development.
  • Support data migration and monitor project deliveries.
  • Collaborate on post-Go-live procedures and service catalog definition.
  • Maintain project documentation and develop progress dashboards.
  • Manage tickets for HR Solutions BAU.
  • Provide L1, L2, and L3 support, including incident management and complex issue resolution.
  • Conduct weekly stakeholder meetings and produce monitoring dashboards.
