Position Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst to connect business needs with IT solutions. You will analyze requirements, design improvements, support testing, and train users to ensure effective and efficient systems. Responsibilities : Develop and maintain Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for IT development projects. Collaborate with the Business Process Team to ensure alignment of processes with system enhancements or changes. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate new features and system improvements. Create and execute test cases for new applications and system enhancements. Design and recommend solutions that improve application efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct training sessions to support user adoption of new features and processes. Requirements : Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Strong background as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within IT or business process improvement. Extensive understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and UAT methodologies. Ability to create clear and comprehensive FSDs, test cases, and training documentation. Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) is a plus.
