Job Description
Sydney Airport is on an exciting mission to redefine travel under our bold ‘Towards 2 Billion Passengers’ strategy! As a dynamic member of the 2050 Program, you’ll help shape groundbreaking initiatives that fuel growth and elevate the passenger experience alongside our airline partners.

• Supporting the ideation and definition of strategic initiatives under the 2050 Program to drive growth and improve passenger services.
• Collaborating with the Operations Team to clearly define initiatives, ensuring objectives, benefits, and value are articulated for project progression.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Analysing data using various tools and techniques to inform decision-making and validate strategic feasibility.
• Assisting in the commercial evaluation and preparation of business cases to align initiatives with Sydney Airport’s strategic goals.
• Identifying key risks and supporting the development of effective mitigation strategies for strategic initiatives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and successful outcomes.
• Preparing and delivering clear reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate progress and insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
