To support this mission, Syngenta’s Commercial Team is seeking a Business Analyst in Izmir, Turkey. This role will be responsible for creating a concrete and clear information workflow between sales, marketing and finance business partner (BP) teams so to enable decision making and business performance evaluation processes more reliable and effective. Accountabilities: Assisting Commercial Excellence & Planning Head in budgets, commercial targets and planning processes for the preparation, execution stages and providing business analysis to support Leadership Team Managing and ensuring daily sales reports and weekly FCST reports with required business analysis Responsibility for maintaining the SP Tool system for Turkey Business Area Ensuring proactive financial technical support in the related systems (SP Tool & IBP) Updating and monitoring clear, concrete and up to date Customer Target/FCST data so to measure business performance of SYT and the respective Sales Areas according to pre-defined KPI’s Supporting forecasting process through health check of pre-consolidated monthly sales forecasts from sales areas Preparing reports for Leadership Team for Pre-SOP and SOP meetings Providing technical support related to Sales Planning (BDGT/CT/FCST) consistently between SFDC and SP Tool systems Maintaining key user role in I-Plan and supporting excel processes during 5Y Plan period Providing data analytics sales, pricing and support marketing in preparation of campaigns Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics or related data analytics qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, working in sales, pricing and translating data for campaigns Fluency in English – Verbal and Written (C1) – Critical Effective use of digital (Power BI) and software packages (XLS, PPT as a must), proficiency in SAP and AI tools for data analytics Strong analytical mindset and strong strategic analytical capability Demonstrated leadership skills and influencing stakeholders Driving License Additional Information Syngenta is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in recruitment, hiring, training, promotion or any other employment practices for reasons of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, marital or veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status. #LI-Hybrid
