Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. Design, test, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM (Human Capital Management) modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruiting & Onboarding. Conduct UAT testing of developed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. Provide training and support to end-users on implemented solutions.
