BlackStone eIT is seeking a specialized Business Analyst (Tax) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on analyzing and optimizing tax-related business processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective tax solutions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze tax business processes and identify areas for improvements and efficiencies. Gather and document detailed tax-related business requirements from stakeholders. Collaborate closely with tax experts, financial teams, and IT departments to ensure accurate translation of tax requirements into technical solutions. Stay updated on tax regulations and advise on implications for system requirements and processes. Support the design, testing, and implementation of tax software solutions and process changes. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for tax-related system functionalities. Provide training and support materials to end-users on tax processes and systems. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in tax or financial domains. Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with tax software systems and ERP platforms is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business analysis tools. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
