WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • university/college degree in appropriate field of study or relevant work experience but ideally IT with business interests or Economic sciences with IT interests
  • 3 years of experience in analyzing and gathering business requirements in multinational environment
  • 1 year of experience in consultancy or project management
  • strong financial background
  • thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • ability to demonstrate exceptional requirement gathering techniques
  • interest in developing software with financial and tax professionals
  • experience in working with developers and with Agile development methodologies
  • an ability to engage with colleagues and customers confidently and communicate clearly & concisely

Responsibilities
  • assist the Team Lead in managing client projects, initiatives and strategy
  • build products that our customers love
  • deeply understand, analyze and gather business requirements in the field of taxation
  • demonstrate exceptional requirement gathering techniques
  • design, conduct and facilitate requirements sessions
  • experience in technical system integrations
  • work in team and bring thought leadership to bear in order to identify root cause of the issue
  • communicate with client stakeholders, internal tax advisors and technology team members to understand and specify business needs or regulatory changes
  • supervise business analysts’ work and coach them on analyst techniques during the projects
  • work closely with development team members and answer their questions to clarify the requirements
  • prioritize PBIs and maintain the backlog based on the current business needs
  • develop test strategy, scenarios and cases for SIT & UAT
  • proactively participate in all phases of the scrum process
  • be agile
