Boeing’s Enterprise Services Technology & Systems (EST&S) organization is currently seeking a Business Analyst Team Lead to join our Technology Stability, Optimization, and Customer Success (TSOC) team, a key part of Boeing’s EST&S organization.
As a TSOC Team Lead, you will drive transformation, accelerate delivery, and enable enterprise-wide impact. Your leadership will shape the technology, tools, and talent that power our future, ensuring alignment with Boeing’s strategic objectives. This role offers the opportunity to influence both operational practices and long-term innovation across our global footprint. You will be pivotal in guiding the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Acquire-to-Retire (A2R) ecosystems, with a focus on enhancing the experiences of internal teams, stakeholders, and suppliers. You will collaborate across a diverse range of functions, including IT, architecture, finance, supplier management, and facilities, to drive meaningful, lasting change.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support new and existing TSOC projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and successful enterprise-wide implementation
  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics; facilitate effective and results-driven team meetings and workshops
  • Provide oversight for deliverables, manage project scope, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to team members across a range of technical and functional disciplines
  • Serve as a mentor and role model to others across the organization, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth
  • Define and mature governance models, talent development strategies, and organizational process improvements
  • Drive collaboration across EST&S, IT, architecture, finance, supplier management, facilities, and other cross-functional partners to enhance the S2P and A2R ecosystems
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and IT teams to resolve business requirements and ensure alignment to strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with project sponsors to define project scope, allocate resources, and prevent scope creep
  • Collect, analyze, document, and integrate requirements from multiple process owners
  • Conduct business requirements reviews, testing coordination, and preparation of test scripts
  • Evaluate and audit existing and proposed processes for technical effectiveness and compliance with functional, policy, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead the integration and improvement of the enterprise business architecture, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise architecture (information, data, and applications)
  • Lead the development and deployment of integrated strategic plans for process improvement, management, and organizational direction
  • Assess and influence Boeing’s strategic direction by reviewing and updating policies, procedures, processes, and long-range business plans
  • Prepare administrative and technical reports, project plans, and executive-level presentations/recommendations
  • Oversee recommendations for process, data, and systems architecture; ensure architectural compliance and alignment with business objectives
  • Integrate efforts to eliminate, consolidate, or simplify process documentation, and lead the transition toward evolving data and information management standards
  • Lead innovation in process standards, guidelines, and tools, staying current with industry best practices
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Project Management/Program Management best practices to guide project lifecycles from initiation through completion
  • Establish monitoring plans to track project performance, scope changes, critical path, and overall status
  • Lead the successful execution of enterprise-wide initiatives, programs, and transformation projects, applying cost-benefit analysis for work estimates
  • Benchmark and present Boeing’s best practices at industry conferences and seminars
  • Collaborate with process improvement organizations (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) to drive continuous improvement and innovative solutions.
