We are seeking an experienced and passionate Business Analyst to serve as the critical link between our development team and business units. In this role, you will optimize business solutions for our smart technology products, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and align with our company’s vision.

Responsibilities

· Work closely with developers, architects, home designers, and homeowners to identify technology requirements for intelligent living solutions.
· Translate user requirement specifications into data models and actionable insights for developers, facilitating the software design process and ensuring alignment with user needs and industry standards.
· Analyze user data to uncover trends, requirements, and potential risks for new software technologies, proposing mitigation strategies to address identified issues.
· Assess current products to identify functional gaps and recommend improvement measures to enhance performance, functionality, and user satisfaction.
· Collaborate with developers to align the system functionalities of intelligent home products with user requirements and industry best practices.
· Provide insights and assistance during decision-making processes related to the design and functionality of home appliance systems.
· Design and execute testing processes to ensure the functionality, reliability, and quality of intelligent home products.
· Assist in creating user manuals and documentation to ensure end-users can fully utilize the products.
· Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, system requirements, and deliverables.
· Develop business models to streamline and trace the processes involved in project implementation, enhancing project management efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
