PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong BA/functional background (preferably in Oracle or Telecommunications environments).
• Solid knowledge of UAT/SIT processes, including defect triaging, reporting, and documentation.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to investigate and explain complex fulfilment issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with defect management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable navigating complex testing cycles.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Business Analyst to join a large-scale transformation program in the Communications, Media & Technology sector. This role focuses on project coordination, test management, execution tracking, and end-to-end UAT readiness in an Oracle-based transformation environment.
The ideal candidate is structured, adaptable, and confident in engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders. While prior experience managing user groups is beneficial, it’s not mandatory for sharp and quick learners. Familiarity with Order Management processes and system integration touchpoints will be an advantage.
