REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience: 8+ years as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets
• DCM Expertise: Strong understanding of bond lifecycle, syndication, issuance, and trading
• Corporate & Investment Banking: Knowledge of lending, trade finance, treasury, and advisory services
• Requirements Management: Proven ability to manage complex financial system requirements
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations
• Methodologies: Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Tools: Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Technical Acumen: Basic SQL and system integration knowledge
• Certifications: CFA, FRM, or similar financial qualifications
• Project Management: Familiarity with PM principles or certifications
• Data Visualization: Experience with Tableau or Power BI
