Our client in the Banking industry has an immediate opening for a Business Analyst/Delivery Lead.
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Toronto/ON, Hybrid(hybrid, in office Tue, Wed, Thur]
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

• 10+ years of experience as a delivery lead in wealth management or finance systems (e.g. GL conversions)
• *Ability to work with technology stakeholders (Solution Architects, Developers, QA) and business stakeholders
• Experience with requirements gathering, analysis and data mapping activities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Project for maintaining project schedules. Experience with managing monthly forecasting
• Experience in leading teams and ensuring project delivery is on time, within budget and high quality
• Experience working with QA on root cause analysis, triaging and creating testing metrics.
• Experience working on large transformation programs and conversion projects
• Strong SDLC experience in waterfall and agile methodologies
