REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates degree and 3 years of experience as a financial analyst, business analyst or systems analyst with a government contractor. Bachelors degree in a related field preferred. Relevant years of experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree
  • Strong background using Microsoft tools to include Excel and Office365
  • Effective communication skills with senior and executive leadership
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management required
  • Must be able to pass Veterans Affairs background check
  • Must reside within the continental United States
  • Must be able to speak & read/write in English
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and track all aspects of the VA onboarding process. To include badge requirements
  • Track program financials, develop purchase orders and assess profitability
  • Track and assess all invoices for accuracy while communicating to business partners, internal employees and the customer
  • Adept at understanding salary requirements, tracking against contract bill rates and make recommendations
  • Experience with requirements gathering for ingestion into ServiceNow
  • Run reports for weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings
  • Strong ability to communicate with senior leadership efficiently and effectively
