Description
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to broadband and Wi-Fi services. Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. Work closely with product owners, architects, and development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals. Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and presentations. Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business expectations. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in broadband and Wi-Fi to inform strategic decisions. Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Telecom domain. Strong understanding of Broadband and Wi-Fi technologies, including network architecture, service provisioning, and customer experience. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
