We’re looking for a young and dynamic candidate to take over the role of Business Analyst.
The resource will be responsible for collecting Client requirements against projects, analyzing the existing situation and formalizing in a document what has been collected from the functional analysis. Also, will support the Project Manager or Client Manager in the management of the project, interfacing with the development team involved in order to realize the final solution.

The main responsibilities are:

• Follow the entire Client project, from the functional requirements to the UAT;
• Active participation and constant collaboration with the several teams assigned to the activities to be monitored;
• Assisting the Project Manager or Client Manager to ensuring achievement of approved timelines and costs.

Requirements for the position are:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably Business Administration, Computer or Management Engineering;
• A previous experience in similar role is a plus;
• Project management skills;
• Knowledge in Supply Chain and Distribution Logistics processes;
• Basic knowledge of MySQL;
• Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;

Predisposition to teamwork, Customer relations, positive approach to problem solving and excellent analytical skills complete the professional profile sought.
The work location can be our Milan or Turin site with the possibility of travel to other TESISQUARE® offices and to Client Companies
