We are seeking a Business Analyst/Tester to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and our Software Development team. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testers to ensure project success. Manage and prioritize software development backlogs and tickets. Develop and execute test cases to validate software functionality. Document, track, and communicate software issues and resolutions. Support continuous improvement through user feedback and post-implementation reviews. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in business analysis, systems development, software testing, or a related area. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with requirements gathering, software testing, and backlog management. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. What You'll Do You will play a key role in ensuring software solutions meet business needs by gathering requirements, managing priorities, testing functionality, and supporting successful software delivery from concept through deployment.
