We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Analyst to lead the identification and delivery of quick-win process improvements across the organisation. Focused on generating tangible value, the successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to evaluate existing workflows and recommend practical, scalable enhancements whether through non-technical process redesign or technical solutions.
This role is key to driving rapid, high-impact changes that improve operational efficiency, elevate user experience, and support strategic objectives. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in aligning business processes with the company’s strategic goals.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in a Business Analyst or similar role, working across both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation, translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather insights and build consensus.
  • Competence in using business analysis tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, JIRA, or Confluence.
  • Familiarity with both functional and non-functional requirements, and the ability to document them in a structured format.
  • Strong understanding of business process modelling and improvement techniques.
  • Understanding of project lifecycles and software development processes, with experience supporting system implementations or digital transformation projects.

  • Map current ("as-is") processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or bottlenecks.
  • Design improved ("to-be") workflows that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and AI, framing them in terms of measurable business outcomes.
  • Support testing and validation of new systems, processes, or tools to ensure they meet business requirements.
