Role

The client is seeking for a Polished, bright, motivated, and highly organised Business Analyst & Training Officer to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to develop their skills across training, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, customer service, and operational support.

Accountabilities

• You will play a key role in supporting the NewsQuake platform and member network, delivering training, managing data and reporting requirements, responding to member enquiries, and assisting with operational and finance-related activities.
• Deliver weekly NewsQuake training sessions every Tuesday and Wednesday.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to NewsQuake members and stakeholders.
• Respond to member enquiries via phone, email, and shared inboxes.
• Support reporting requirements using Excel, Power BI, and CRM platforms.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Dynamics 365, or similar.
