JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in monitoring and optimizing the financial health and business performance of a diverse portfolio of 80–100 management consulting and executive coaching clients. This role combines financial analysis, business intelligence, and strategic insights to support client growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business intelligence platforms, financial modeling, and KPI tracking, and will collaborate closely with internal consulting and coaching teams to deliver actionable recommendations that drive measurable results.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in business or financial analysis, management consulting, or a related role
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Fathom, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Experience with accounting software integrations (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, etc.)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and key business metrics
  • Familiarity with API integrations and automated data workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data clearly
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines

    Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Monitor financial health metrics for a portfolio of 80–100 client companies using business intelligence platforms
  • Analyze profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Track and interpret KPIs, including revenue growth, margins, cash flow, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain and optimize automated data integrations from client accounting systems
  • Create standardized dashboards and performance reports for internal teams and clients
  • Develop alerts and reporting systems to flag clients needing immediate attention
  • Collaborate with consulting and coaching teams to support client success and growth opportunities
  • Conduct benchmarking and comparative analysis against industry standards
  • Provide strategic insights to inform consulting methodologies and business development efforts
  • Continuously improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes for accuracy and efficiency
