Business Analyst

• a) At least 3 years of work experience as business analyst or equivalent
  position. Handled large scale front-facing projects, with experience

in stakeholder engagement and comms management.

• b) Bachelor’s degree in business, Management of Information Systems,

Information/ Infocom Technology, or related discipline.

• c) Proven and hands-on experience with IT project implementation,

specifically on user requirements gathering, IT business analysis,

application solutioning, UI/UX design and using testing software;

• d) Experience in AGILE methodologies and Cloud platform projects,

preferably in using Jira, Figma, MS Visio, and Tricentis Tosca;

• e) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• f) Have a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills, able to work

and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure business

needs are met;

• g) Possess strong communication skills with an excellent command

of the English language;

• h) Must be organized and able to work with minimal supervision to

ensure tasks are well completed and project is on schedule
