Description
Our client operates within a large enterprise environment, delivering technology-driven solutions across payments and business platforms. You will join a critical switch replacement program as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams — bridging technical complexity with business value in a regulated, multi-channel environment. This is a hands-on senior BA role focused on defining requirements, shaping operating models, and driving successful delivery outcomes across both technology and non-technology workstreams. What you'll do: Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owner, and delivery teams throughout the switch replacement program Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to define current and target states Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements across terminal, web, and eCommerce channels Develop high-quality artefacts including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process models Define business operating models, workflows, data models, and reporting requirements Perform impact analysis to support business change and implementation activities Engage with vendors and integration partners on solution design, API discussions, and delivery Support backlog refinement, UAT, and Business Verification Testing To be successful, you will have: Strong senior BA experience in complex enterprise environments, ideally within payments, EFTPOS, or terminal ecosystems Knowledge of terminal message flows and device-to-host integration, with hands-on experience across platforms such as Verifone, Ingenico, or similar Proven vendor engagement experience, including API and integration discussions Strong data mapping and integration analysis skills across legacy and modern systems Advanced requirements engineering capability — HLRs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills across business and technical teams Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline Towcha People is an Indigenous-owned recruitment business and we are committed to fair access to opportunity.
