Business Analyst - Trading systems (hybrid from Warsaw, Poland)

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Business Analyst position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of commercial experience
• Experience in working with market-making traders on the dealing floors to gather and define requirements.
• Knowledge of Credit Bonds and ETFs as financial products, along with trading business needs in these products.
• Experience in requirements gathering and requirements analysis and working with end-users, technical teams, and other stakeholders, in a formal structured IT project environment.
• Exposure to Agile IT process i.e. user Stories, and scrum / sprint cadences.
• Project management, tracking and communication to stakeholders and senior management.
