SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• A self-starter who thrives in challenging situations, can independently initiate tasks, and approaches difficult conversations with confidence.
• Experience working in large complex organisations or equivalent, with a strong understanding of business analysis processes and a track record of thinking outside the box.
• Experience in financial services, with an understanding of the industry’s complexities and regulatory landscape desirable
• Strong skills in business process optimisation, using methodologies such as BPMN, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt) is desirable.
• Familiarity with automation and robotics tools is a plus.
