DO WORK THAT MATTERS

The Treasury Business Change Team has the responsibility to ensure that any change initiatives affecting Treasury are effectively delivered. This is achieved by embedding a strong governance and structured framework to deliver sustainable business change and projects with strategic outcomes from a system and operating model perspective.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team.

  • Effective Presentation Skills and stakeholder management,
  • Ab initio, MSQL and Oracle background is regarded
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data aggregation, standardization, linking, quality check mechanisms, and reporting
  • Experience in handling large volumes of data
  • Experience in working in Agile teams, including working closely with internal business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting including liquidity, balance sheet, funding and forecast datasets would be valued.

  • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns, and their operating environment to define clear problem statements
  • Assess and document the Current and Future states of business functions and processes to identify and recommend improvements, including application of User and customer journeys
  • Understand agile ways of working
