As a Business Analyst, you'd be able to work on and solve some of the many interesting challenges we are facing, learn new ways of working, and build delightful high-quality products for our customers. Job Responsibilities Work with key businesses, technical and operational stakeholders to elicit, understand, validate and define requirements holistically Drive requirement workshops for refinement and alignment Work with architects and technical leads in solution design Identify scenarios and dependencies involved in the user journey Document User Stories and define Acceptance Criteria Translate potentially complex concepts to clear and understandable terms Work closely with the squad to ensure that the team is clear on expectations and that the Definition of Ready is met, providing required clarifications and support Work with various stakeholders across different teams to ensure that expectations around requirements are aligned Provide testing support as required In order to be successful at the role, you must have the following: 10+ years of overall experience performing a Business Analyst role Strong experience across any retail banking domain is critical to the success of this role Hands-on Experience with Agile SDLC, Jira, Confluence Good Interpersonal and Negotiation skills Analytical and attention to details Ability to manage multiple tasks and timeline Technical proficiency is helpful – Understanding sequence diagrams; Working knowledge of APIs and event-driven architecture Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written) Knowledge on Core Banking systems (Technical & Product) Ability to work as a team player in a lean and agile organization Role Specific Technical Competencies Technical proficiency is helpful – Understanding sequence diagrams; Working knowledge of APIs and event-driven architecture Experience working with APIs to deliver integrated systems and services Prior experience with Thought Machine will be advantageous If you apply for a job with Trust or submit any personal information in connection with a possible job opportunity, you agree to our privacy notice for job applicants.
