A Day in the Life of a Business Analyst As a Business Analyst, you’ll collaborate with clients, define business cases, translate complex technical information into clear business language, and map out processes that lead to meaningful improvements. You’ll engage with stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, and Engineering, gathering requirements, driving consensus, and ensuring that our solutions deliver maximum value. Your Role & Responsibilities Work closely with teams to identify and analyze business needs Document requirements and map processes using flowcharts and structured methods Translate business needs into technical specifications and vice versa Measure impact using KPIs and success criteria in partnership with the PMO Drive consensus and manage priorities among stakeholders Apply data-driven decision-making and root cause analysis to solve problems Requirements What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Consultant Background in IT services, Managed Service Provider (MSP), or custom software development preferred Exceptional communication and analytical skills Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work with cross-functional teams Certifications are a plus—and we’ll help you earn more!
