Clearance Requirement: Candidate must hold an active Secret clearance and be able to maintain a Secret clearance (or higher) throughout employment Work Location: Springfield, VA Work Schedule (On Site): Requires five (5) days onsite at the customer's facility with core hours from 9am to 3pm Position Overview: ZenPoint Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies, along with the ability to apply analytical skills to solve complex business problems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to projects across various business functions and gain exposure to industry-leading practices. Requirements Ensure quality content and timely delivery of all tasks and contractual deliverables throughout product development, adhering to a two-week Agile sprint cadence and deployment schedule Able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms of communication Review, draft and/or edit content such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), online help articles, training material, and meeting notes Assist in meeting facilitation, including contributing to discussion and taking detailed meeting notes Identify, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders Ensure requirements are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams (e.g., developers, testers) Coordinate and present engaging webinars and training sessions Design and execute test cases to validate business requirements, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with specifications Lead outreach initiatives including usability testing, office hours, workshops, and webinars Attain comprehensive understanding of the product by thoroughly researching features, functionalities, and user needs Required Qualifications: Candidate must be a United States Citizen and present proof of Citizenship, if selected Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to broad audiences Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience or technical training and certifications in a relevant field Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Strong focus and commitment to providing end user customer service Great customer service skills Excellent notetaking and organizational skills Desired Qualifications: Demonstrates flexibility in responding to evolving priorities and managing demanding schedules across multiple efforts Excellent presentation and public speaking skills Strong attention to detail Well versed in Agile, and have a familiarity with application development projects Experience utilizing Microsoft’s Azure DevOps Company Benefits: We take care of your well-being here at ZenPoint Solutions!
