We’re looking for someone like that to shape the future of end to end client lifecycle and operational excellence through the OnePass initiative. Role coverage:

  • Business Case Development: Collaborate with stakeholders and producers to define and validate business cases for OnePass deliverables
  • Process Analysis: Develop in-depth understanding and document current business processes, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the voice of business interests within cross-functional teams, facilitating discussions and aligning requirements with key users and senior stakeholders
  • Data-Driven Decision Support: Collect, clean, and analyze data to support strategic decisions and product iterations
  • Product Rollout & Success Metrics: Support the development of rollout plans and define OKRs to measure post-implementation success
  • Documentation & Testing: Prepare detailed business requirements, test plans, and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure quality delivery
  • Agile Collaboration: Work closely with Stakeholders and Delivery teams to manage backlogs, prioritize sprints, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements
