In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in the public sector and other internal teams in order to understand, innovate and develop solutions according to the key requirements provided. What will you be bringing to the team? For the Front-End Developer position we expect you to: Collaborate with customers and the Technical Team to collect and analyze requirements. Analyze functional and non-functional IT requirements, consolidate available information, and ensure full understanding by the project team, in line with the applicable methodology and toolset. Ensure that stakeholders’ concerns, requirements, and contributions are accurately captured in the requirements specification document. Provide input on low-level design details and patterns. Define specifications related to the integration with other applications and/or technological components. Design and propose complex solutions. Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing. Validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans. Prepare comprehensive documentation for the project’s deliverables. University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline from a recognized Greek or international institution. Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience as a Business Analyst. Experience in the Public and/or Healthcare sector will be considered a strong asset. Ability to translate business requirements into IT specifications. Ability to apply architectural principles to functional solutions, using model-based representations to collect, consolidate, and analyze complex or conflicting business information. Practical knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) will be considered a plus. UX experience and/or training will be considered an advantage. Working knowledge of relational database principles. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams.
