At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team. What will you be doing in this role? Gather, validate, analyze, and document business requirements. Conduct business model and process analysis, including process modeling. Analyze functional requirements, business cases, and perform risk analysis. Assist in preparing Business Cases, Vision Documents, Project Charters, and Security Plans. Provide support to development teams. Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow Agile methodology. What will you be bringing to the team? Master's degree in IT with minimum 11 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree and minimum of 15 years relevant experience). Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.). Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value. Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites. Good understanding of JSON data structure. Experience in using Jira. Good knowledge of Agile methodology. Experience in large organization administrative business environments. Good understanding of software development life cycle. Good general understanding of SOA, web services (REST, SOAP), NOSQL, asynchronous processing, Event Driven Architecture. Proficiency in English language at a minimum C1 level.
