At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing, and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team. What will you be bringing to the team? Elicit and document business and technical requirements Identify, gather, and document any additional business and technical requirements for the project, addressing both functional and non-functional needs Validate the business, functional, and non-functional requirements using industry-standard templates and methodologies Ensure that the proposed solutions align with the agreed IT architecture, principles, and technology stack Validate the functional specifications using recognized modelling techniques such as: BPMN 2.0 for business process modelling, UML 2.x for use case diagrams and system architecture modelling, etc Facilitate and document stakeholder review sessions to validate project artefacts and maintain quality standards Assist the testing team with: development and review of test scenarios and test cases, analysis and resolution of software issues based on recognized S/W testing standards such as ISO/IEC IEEE 29119-2, and coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities Assist the Project Manager in pre-deployment activities, including user training and documentation handover What do you need to succeed in this position? Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent At least 7 years of relevant work experience Proven professional experience in Business Analysis within EU institutions or large-scale regulatory IT projects Understanding of business processes and industry best practices, including the formulation of regulatory and business requirements Hands-on experience in requirements engineering and documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements, functional specifications, testing support, use cases, process maps, and requirements traceability matrices Excellent analytical and communication skills, including the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in analyzing business processes and modelling workflows, including process mapping, use case development, BPMN/UML modelling, and applying BABOK framework principles to propose IT solutions Familiarity with user-centered design principles and technologies Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques Knowledge of software development methodologies and secure SDLC practices, including supply chain cybersecurity requirements and security-by-design principles Ability to translate legal and regulatory text into operational requirements, identify compliance gaps, map obligations into platform workflows, and define key stakeholders, including manufacturers and national authorities Strong understanding of Cyber Resilience Act (CRA obligations for manufacturers & reporting timelines) would be a plus Knowledge of data classification and handling practices Awareness of audit logging requirements Understanding of data flows and system-to-system (S2S) integrations between: EU-level platforms, Manufacturers and CSIRTs Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) Familiarity with EU project management practices and regulatory frameworks, preferably Cybersecurity-related Εxcellent use of the English language (verbal & written) At Uni Systems, we are providing equal employment opportunities and banning any form of discrimination on grounds of gender, religion, race, color, nationality, disability, social class, political beliefs, age, marital status, sexual orientation or any other characteristics.
