What you'll be doing Analyze large-scale player data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across retention, progression, economy, and monetization. Build and maintain dashboards and reports used daily by Product, Game Design, and Monetization and R&D teams. Define and monitor KPIs, detect anomalies, and proactively surface insights to stakeholders. Partner closely with Product Managers, Economy Managers, and Developers to support data-driven decision making. Support A/B testing efforts: experiment design, results analysis, and clear recommendations. What we're looking for A business-oriented mindset focused on delivering results. Sharp analytical skills to uncover insights and solve complex challenges. A true team player—collaboration is central to innovation!
