Description

Position Summary. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify needs, analyze processes, gather requirements, and assist with project management planning and tracking. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience translating business needs into actionable requirements. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities. * Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, functional requirements, and process flows. * Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement. * Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for the technical team. * Support solution design, testing, implementation, and post-launch validation. * Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. * Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. * Assist project manager with planning and tracking. * Monitor project progress and risks. * Communicate project status and progress to customers and stakeholders through regular reports and presentations. * Participate in customer meetings and presentations as needed. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience. * Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role. * Strong knowledge of business process analysis and requirements gathering techniques. * Experience working with cross-functional teams in business and technical environments. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written communication skills along with strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies. * Basic technical understanding of Full-Stack web development (react, APIs, databases, systems), DevOps and AWS infrastructure. Education: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. * Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent is a plus.
