REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital transformation or change management projects.
  • Strong ability to gather and document requirements through stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficient in process modelling and mapping tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to lead the business analysis efforts on mid to large-scale digital transformation and business change initiatives. This is a key role in ensuring our digital and operational strategies are aligned and delivered effectively.
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document requirements. You will play a pivotal part in analysing and shaping change, ensuring solutions meet strategic goals and deliver tangible improvements across the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead business analysis activities across digital transformation and change programmes.
  • Conduct strategic analysis to ensure alignment between business objectives and digital solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
  • Document business needs clearly and accurately using appropriate formats.
  • Map complex business processes and data flows using process maps and schematic diagrams.
  • Identify change impacts and recommend efficiency and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams, project managers, and business users.
