Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear IT requirements, functional specifications and user stories.
• Analyse and improve Daily Banking processes across accounts, payments, cards and online/mobile banking.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers and architects.
• Support solution design, testing and implementation.
• Identify issues, investigate root causes and contribute to effective solutions.
• Create and maintain clear technical and functional documentation.
• Ensure solutions meet Dutch banking regulations, industry standards and customer needs.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Daily Banking, including current accounts, savings, payments and cards.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional requirements and user stories.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working with developers, architects and Product Owners in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting testing and solution implementation.
• Excellent communication, organisation and project/time management skills.
• Experience working with Dutch banking processes, regulations or standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital banking, online/mobile banking or payments transformation.
• Knowledge of relevant Dutch and European banking regulations and standards.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical/functional documentation.
• Previous experience working in large, complex banking or financial services environments.
• Relevant Business Analysis or Agile certification.
