Responsibilities

· Consult with business analysts and developers on feasible strategies to incorporate user stories into existing system.
· Utilize knowledge of process gaps between legacy system and new system to assist in development of detailed requirements gathering to modify new system.
· Liaise with systems team, program team, business analysts and developers to align enhancement requirements.
· Expedite development of identified gaps to eliminate unexpected delays.
· Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
· Identify potential project risks and difficulties and recommend solutions.
· Advise on project, offering solution-design support and best practices.
· Keep all stakeholders informed through the distribution of project information and project status reports.
· Monitors and manages project quality to ensure that project deliverables fulfill agency expectations.
· Works independently and in coordination with TDA staff as assigned, to perform a variety of complicated tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude
