Job Purpose The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying system requirements, evaluating current processes, and recommending improvements based on real-time data analysis. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse business units to ensure effective systems integration and maximum usability. Key Responsibilities Design and implement detailed project management plans, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders. Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews throughout each stage of system development. Translate user requirements into actionable system specifications to optimize usability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, security, compliance) to gather and document business needs. Continuously assess, analyze, and communicate system requirements, providing monthly status updates to stakeholders. Prepare and maintain internal and external documentation, including requirement definitions and process guidelines. Perform daily system analytics to identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements. Build strong partnerships across teams to support seamless systems integration and provide research-based recommendations to management. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience. Demonstrated experience in systems analysis and development. Strong proficiency in SQL and database management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to create detailed documentation and reports. Strong communication skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights. Hands-on experience with Business Objects. Familiarity with ITIL Foundations principles.
