REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for database querying and management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Experience with ETL processes using tools like Talend or similar technologies.
• Understanding of database design principles and best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Conduct thorough data analysis using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate findings effectively.
• Participate in Agile project management processes to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Utilize SQL for querying databases, performing ETL processes, and ensuring data integrity.
• Engage in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing input during all phases of development.
• Design and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or other database management systems.
• Create process flows and documentation using Visio to illustrate business processes.
• Apply programming skills in Python, R, VBA, or Bash (Unix shell) for automation and data manipulation tasks.
• Support the implementation of linked data strategies to enhance data usability across platforms.
