The Business Analyst (BA) plays a crucial role in the Delivery team, acting as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our ValGenesis software products. You’ll provide hands-on support and knowledge transfer to customers throughout implementation and upgrade projects. Your primary goal is to identify the best configuration and set up to optimize the software for each client’s unique business processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A higher education degree in a relevant field (Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, computer science, industrial engineering, pharmaceutical technology, etc.).
  • Experience with working in the Life Sciences industry, in Quality Assurance (QA) or commissioning and qualification or enterprise CSV implementation projects
  • Experience in Quality Risk Management (QRM) is a plus
  • A passion for learning and a commitment to excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Project management skills (familiarity with MS Project a plus).
Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer business processes, system integration and documentthe business requirements.
  • Build the current and future process that highlights the product features and enables the digital transformation objectives.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure clear and achievable requirements.
  • Design and develop effective configurations tailored to each client’s operational needs and related artifacts
  • Verify the customer instances by setting up the required test data and scenarios.
  • Document configurations and conduct workshops,walkthroughs (Conference Room Pilots) to capture the customerbusiness process requirements
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, document them, and work towards resolution through the ValGenesis ticketing system by collaborating with all the internal stakeholders and providing a workaround solution
  • Foster strong relationships with client SMEs and actively participate in project meetings and discussions.
  • Maintain accuratetime sheets and complete all mandatory training programs.
  • Share the product knowledge with the global delivery teams on new product implementations, new features and lessons learnt from project implementations.
  • Support post go-live customers adoption needs and make customers successful in the digital transformation objectives
  • Get trained and keep the cross-functional product knowledge to implement our product offerings and product certifications.
  • Identifykey product enhancements, requirement analysis, business impact and submitting the requests to product team
  • Assist project leads / senior project leads in planning, execution, and tracking of client engagements, ensuring that best practices in project management are followed
