WE’RE HIRING A BUSINESS ANALYST TO JOIN OUR SALES PERFORMANCE TEAM AT VERISURE NETHERLANDS (AMSTERDAM HQ).

This is a high-impact position at the intersection of analytics, commercial strategy and execution. You’ll be the analytical engine behind our sales operations, contributing directly to better forecasting, sharper commercial decisions and smarter incentive design.
As part of a small and agile team, you’ll report to the Sales Performance Manager and collaborate daily with colleagues from Sales, Finance, Marketing and HR. From day one, you’ll be exposed to senior leadership and real business decisions.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Design, build and own Power BI dashboards that directly support senior leadership decisions.
  • Contribute to the monthly commission process, from raw data to final payout, ensuring full accuracy and alignment.
  • Analyze commercial performance to identify structural trends, local risks and opportunities.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as forecasting, salesforce effectiveness and incentive modelling.
  • Translate complex commercial challenges into structured analysis and actionable insights.
  • Be the go-to person for commercial analytics across Sales and senior stakeholders.
