• Key Skills & ExperienceBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management – Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and solution definition skills.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Workshop Facilitation – Ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Business Process Improvement & Operating Model Design – Experience in process optimisation and future-state operating models.
• Digital Transformation, AI & Innovation – Exposure to AI-enabled, digital, and innovative solutions.

• Good to HaveExperience in utility transformation and operating model initiatives.
• Exposure to AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies.
• Experience developing business cases and supporting organisational change.
